Each April and October, 80,000 attendees of the International Home Furnishings Market will find SHOWPLACE at the center of the market district and transportation terminal.

The interior has a daylight filled, one hundred foot tall central atrium that serves as a focal point for entry, as an organizing element for circulation within the building, and for gala events. There are five floors on the west and four floors on the east of the building.

Each floor contains it's own meeting rooms and lounges with catering facilities on every level. The first floor will accommodate vehicles and the entire property functions efficiently for all types of events, with ten dock bays, four freight elevators, three passenger elevators and eight escalators.
